Description Natgas, a leading energy company in vehicular natural gas sales **Is seeking:** Shift Supervisor for service station **Requirements:** * High school diploma required * 2\-3 years of experience managing personnel * Ability to work rotating shifts: 6am to 2pm, 2pm to 9\.30pm, 9:30pm to 6am * Punctual, customer-oriented * Cash handling experience **Responsibilities:** * Provide friendly and respectful customer service with added value. * Report incidents involving supervised staff. * Receive and hand over shifts. * Supervise compliance with service protocols, safety procedures, and natural gas refueling procedures for vehicles. * Supervise and maintain the station's image (cleanliness, personal appearance, etc.). * Collect and deposit sales revenue per shift. * Ensure disciplinary matrix compliance. * Coordinate shift closing and sales reconciliation. * Accurately complete audit-related reports. **Skills:** * + Extroverted + Analytical + Assertive communication + Proactive + Verbal fluency + Organized **We offer:** * Weekly pay (every Friday) $2359 gross \+ Tips * Training bonus * Transportation bonus * Night shift bonus * Statutory benefits (Christmas bonus, vacation, vacation premium, IMSS) from day one and additional benefits: * Grocery vouchers * Life insurance * Savings fund * Training * Gym discounts * UNIFORMS provided * Work schedule: Monday through Sunday with rotating day off * No age limit
