Job Summary: The Cashier Supervisor ensures customer service standards through management of cashier staff, cash handling, and resolution of customer complaints. Key Responsibilities: 1. Promotes customer service standards. 2. Supervises efficient customer service and cash handling at checkout. 3. Handles and fulfills customer requests. We are a 100% Mexican company with over 50 years of experience in retail trade, present in more than 50 cities across the country, comprising Del Sol and Woolworth department stores, Locura boutiques, Noreste Grill and Café W restaurants. Del Sol Plaza Patio Branch We are seeking a Cashier Supervisor. **Job Objective:** Ensure and promote customer service standards through cashier staff by ensuring proper cash handling, customer service, and billing for goods and/or services. **Skills:** * Excellent service attitude * High sense of responsibility and organization * Flexible availability for work schedules * Results-oriented * Administration and organization * Personnel management and supervision **Job Responsibilities:** 1. Ensure cashier staff have the necessary tools to provide prompt and efficient customer service and billing. 2. Supervise cashier staff to deliver customer service through fast and efficient sales processing. 3. Verify that cash area policies and procedures are up-to-date and properly implemented for correct area administration. 4. Ensure appropriate cash handling and collection to minimize risks at checkout counters. 5.
