**Area:** Operations / Customer Service **Reports to:** Operations Management Ensure the correct execution of assigned freight transportation services, providing efficient after-sales service to customers through daily coordination with customers and transportation providers, timely tracking of shipments, and proper management of evidence for administrative closure and billing of trips. **Main Functions and Responsibilities 1.
