Responsibilities: * Complete all phases and assignments of the program on time and as scheduled, actively participating in planned activities and meeting established requirements to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills during training. * Collaborate in plant production areas by assuming operator and shadow supervisor roles, understanding plant operations and seeking improvement opportunities to learn about plant processes and contribute to its efficient operation. * Attend scheduled trainings and courses, submitting assignments and successfully completing each course to acquire specific knowledge and ensure learning. * Gain comprehensive understanding of the plant or central area’s entire process through rotations across various engineering and support areas, documenting learning and generating reports to comprehend overall operations and contribute improvements to the plant or central area. * Once the specialization area is defined, actively participate in that area’s activities, collaborating with the team and applying acquired knowledge—generating reports and developing a project using the defined methodology to specialize in that area and contribute improvements and cost savings to it. * Identify areas of opportunity, propose and implement improvements by analyzing processes to maximize quality and optimize operations, thereby enhancing plant efficiency. * Embody the organization’s culture and principles by participating in workshops and actively engaging in internal activities to strengthen organizational identity and commitment. **Education / Certifications** --------------------------------- **Required Language** -------------------- Advanced English**Experience (Number of years)** -------------------------------- More than 4 years**Competencies** ---------------- **Pre-screening Questions** ----------------------------- **FO.PO.RH.CN.001\.01** -----------------------
