Bernardo Quintana 300, Centro Sur, 76090 Santiago de Querétaro, Qro. **Schedule:** Mon–Fri 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Sat 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM **Job Objective** Coordinate and monitor technical services (installations, maintenance, and uninstallations), ensuring efficient customer service, proper operational logistics, and administrative control for billing purposes. **Main Responsibilities** * Review emails and communication groups daily to identify incidents or urgent requests. * Receive and register installation, inspection, and uninstallation requests. * Track delivered technical services to facilitate billing. * Monitor services performed by external suppliers and manage payment of their invoices. * Coordinate logistics for product installation, reinstallation, and technical maintenance. * Design logistical strategies to deliver effective service based on location, availability, and urgency level. * Distribute workload among technicians considering skills, priorities, and contingencies. * Maintain an updated supplier database and identify new options based on price and quality. * Contact customers to gather necessary information and explain the service process. * Contact the most suitable supplier or technician for each service. * Monitor and track service delivery and quality. **Requirements** * Experience in logistical coordination, customer service, or operational control. * Proficiency in Excel and digital tools. * Strong organizational and prioritization skills. * Excellent communication and follow-up abilities. * Ability to work under pressure and resolve incidents. **Key Competencies** * Organization and planning * Sense of urgency * Results-oriented mindset * Teamwork * Problem-solving **We Offer** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Opportunity for professional growth * Job stability Salary: $13,000.00 – $18,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
