Position Summary: We are seeking a Branch Manager for credit and field-based collections to manage customer visits, verify units, and conduct field collections while maintaining professional service. Key Highlights: 1. Manages collections and verifies units in the field. 2. Interacts with customers in a courteous and professional manner. 3. Reports daily activities and handles incidents. Job Description: A financial/pledge-based company, expanding due to growth, is seeking a Branch Manager for credit and field-based collections. **Main Responsibilities:** A. Visit customer residences where the unit’s GPS location is not reported. B. Visit units that do not remain overnight at authorized addresses. C. Conduct field-based collections. D. Inspect the physical condition of vehicles and report any incidents. E. Submit daily reports on completed activities. F. Provide courteous and professional customer service during visits. **Required Profile:** a. Experience: Minimum 1 year in similar roles (collections, verification, courier services, field visits). b. **Motorcycle use and motorcycle insurance (valid driver’s license required).** c. Proficiency in mobile applications and WhatsApp. d. Basic knowledge of Monterrey. **Working Conditions:** A. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 hrs (availability to work some Saturdays, if required). B. Base salary: $15,000 MXN per month, plus bonuses and incentives. C. Statutory benefits. D.
