If you seek to join a company in constant evolution, we’re waiting for you! **Mission** Coordinate administrative and operational processes for the warehouse area handling merchandise from various suppliers to meet business demand, ensuring merchandise and process quality within the warehouse according to business needs. **Responsibilities** Design, develop, and ensure day-to-day operations to guarantee availability of required resources. Ensure tools and resources—including forklifts, handheld devices, and computing equipment—are in good working condition, as well as effective leadership and human resource management to successfully execute operations. Manage the inventory control and storage system based on merchandise movements, product rotation, inventories, and operational requirements. Productively manage personnel for coordination and monitoring of inventory control, merchandise reconciliation, organization, and accurate placement of each product, ensuring safety, order, and quality in stacking, storage, arrangement, etc. Ensure physical storage at designated locations within the warehouse layout and virtual storage in the system (WMS) to guarantee accuracy between physical and system inventories. Define merchandise and storage quality parameters. Ensure storage quality regarding infrastructure and processes to prevent accidents, losses, shortages, or any non-compliance. Develop and manage storage systems, maintaining strict control over product freshness, quality, audits, and proper escalation of findings. Ensure product placement quality through audits or cyclical inventories. Correctly escalate deviations from quality standards. Establish daily/weekly measurement of area KPIs related to safety, quality, execution, and productivity with the team. Conduct root-cause analysis of KPIs falling short of targets and implement and monitor action plans for improvement. Continuously improve area processes and KPIs over time. Maintain daily communication with the Assortment team to align with upcoming supply chain phase requirements and related processes and needs. Maintain daily communication with the Receiving team to reconcile and verify daily operational closure.
