




**Job Description** Construction company is seeking a **Human Resources Manager** to work in the Municipality of Ezequiel Montes. **Requirements** * Required education level: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources or related field. * Experience: 2 \- 3 years in Human Resources (Recruitment, Payroll, IMSS) * Knowledge of Federal Labor Law. * Experience with Payroll systems. Compaqi desirable. * IMSS, Infonavit, and Fonacot portals. * REPSE and SIROC. **Skill(s) and competency(ies)** * Teamwork * Commitment * Results-oriented * Communication * Problem analysis and resolution * Proactivity * Initiative and creativity. **Schedule** * Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM **Functions and activities** * Personnel recruitment * Entries, terminations, and salary modifications in Payroll system, IDSE, and SUA. * Compilation and control of employee files. * Administration and recording of Payroll incidents. * Employee separation processes.
