Responsibilities: * Ensure compliance with preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans. * Guarantee operational continuity and equipment conditions through adherence to autonomous maintenance and 5S programs. * Ensure the proper condition of automotive assembly devices and production lines. * Identify training needs for staff development. * Provide the necessary financial, human, and technological resources for the efficient operation of the department. * Perform technical analysis of operational indicators to establish prevention and control plans that ensure profitability. * Ensure the proper condition of thermoforming and materials recovery machinery. * Ensure effective utilization of recovered materials. Requirements: * Experience in a similar position with direct reports. * Knowledge of extrusion machines, thermoforming, grinders, and pelletizers. * Advanced level of English.
