Located in San Clemente, Pedro Escobedo, Qro. **Position Objective:** Design and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans for infrastructure, agricultural machinery, and industrial equipment, ensuring optimal, safe, and efficient operation of all systems within the company. **Main Responsibilities and/or Functions:** * Design and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans for macro-tunnels, irrigation systems, deep wells, roads, and stormwater channels. * Conduct periodic inspections of infrastructure to identify areas requiring improvement or repair. * Coordinate execution of minor construction works and field repairs. * Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of agricultural machinery, vehicles, and industrial equipment. * Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and workshop materials. * Coordinate maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs of refrigeration equipment. * Implement preventive maintenance programs and train personnel in safe system operations. * Plan and supervise welding tasks for repair and fabrication of structures and equipment. **Requirements:** * Degree or Technical Certification in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Irrigation, Refrigeration, or related field. * 2 years of experience in agricultural infrastructure maintenance, mechanical systems, refrigeration, and welding. **Knowledge required in:** * Macro-tunnel infrastructure. * Diagnosis and repair of machinery and vehicles. * Refrigeration systems (freon, ammonia). * Welding techniques (MIG, TIG, SMAW). * Inventory and budget management. * Industrial and environmental safety standards. **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits (Social Security \+ Christmas bonus \+ Vacation \+ Vacation premium). * Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 08:00 am to 05:00 pm and Saturday from 08:30 am to 01:00 pm. * Monthly salary from $20,000 to $24,000 net. * Job tools: Laptop, phone, and company vehicle.
