At MCMT, we are looking for a highly skilled Operator and Programmer for the VF3 Machining Center to join our production team to ensure the manufacturing of parts with precision, quality, and efficiency. The selected candidate will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating the machining center, as well as optimizing processes and ensuring compliance with established technical and quality standards. Main Responsibilities: * Program, set up, and operate the VF3 machining center (Haas/Fanuc control or equivalent depending on equipment). * Interpret blueprints, 3D models, and work orders. * Select appropriate cutting tools, tool holders, and machining parameters. * Perform adjustments, corrections, and optimizations on CNC programs (G and M codes). * Select and prepare cutting tools and tool holders. * Perform adjustments, corrections, and optimizations of CNC programs (G and M codes). * Ensure proper workpiece clamping, alignment, and machining. * Verify dimensions and tolerances using precision measuring instruments. * Maintain production and quality control records. * Perform basic preventive maintenance on equipment. * Comply with safety regulations and internal procedures. Requirements: * Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience operating and programming CNC machining centers (preferably Haas VF3\). * Knowledge of blueprint interpretation and geometric tolerances (GD\&T). * Proficiency with CNC programming software (Mastercam, Fusion 360, SolidCAM, or similar). * Experience using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, CMM desirable). * Knowledge of machining various materials (steel, aluminum, stainless steel, etc.). * Education: Technical degree in Machine Tools, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
