





Overview: Our CNC Adjuster is primarily responsible for preparing, adjusting, and maintaining CNC machines for part production, including tool setup, interpretation of blueprints, and solving basic technical problems. They may also perform measurements and quality inspections, and collaborate in continuous process improvement. Responsibilities: * **Machine Setup:** Sets up and adjusts CNC machines for part production, including selecting and installing cutting tools and workholding devices. * **Preventive Maintenance:** Performs preventive maintenance tasks on CNC machines, such as lubrication and cleaning, to ensure proper operation. * **Troubleshooting:** Identifies and resolves minor technical issues related to machine operation or parts. * **Measurement and Verification:** Uses measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers to verify the dimensions and quality of produced parts. * **Collaboration:** Works closely with other team members, such as CNC operators and programmers, to optimize production and part quality. * **Safety and Hygiene:** Complies with established safety and hygiene protocols in the workplace. * **Documentation:** Records adjustments made and issues encountered to maintain an accurate production log. Qualifications: Experience in basic machinery maintenance. Supervising machinery. Using tools and machinery. Operating CNC or computer numerical control machines.
