A company in the veterinary pharmaceutical industry is looking for **QUALITY ASSURANCE INSPECTOR** **Main responsibilities:** · Plan maintenance tasks (preventive and/or corrective) for the water DI system (Deionization System) and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning). · Manage the purchase of filters for the HVAC system. · Verify scales and balances to ensure measurement and result reliability, with the purpose of maintaining auditable traceability. · Inspect product returns and notify involved departments of their evaluation. · Release manufacturing orders for entry into the raw material weighing area, and release raw material weighing. · Release conditioning orders for entry into the area · Verify the weight of raw materials and products, as well as documentation sent and received from toll manufacturing. o Scan the manufacturing dossiers of products sent for toll manufacturing, save them in a digital folder, and deliver relevant documentation to the toll manufacturing department. o Release the finished product shipping list prior to and during packaging. · Inspect toll-manufactured products arriving at the plant, complete inspection sheets, and identify inspected products with quarantine status. · Perform sampling according to established AQL levels, identify samples, and deliver them to the physicochemical/microbiological laboratory along with corresponding documentation for analysis. Additionally, take retention samples. · Review, compile, and store manufacturing and conditioning dossiers in the "temporary archive storage" area. · Develop, review, and update procedures, forms, and instructions related to the position and department. · Draft technical reports and email memos on topics related to products, processes, and the work area. · Work with KPIs. * Desired skills and attitudes.
