Job Profile: General Butcher Assistant Position Objective: Support daily operations in the butcher shop, ensuring proper handling, cutting, and presentation of meat products, as well as maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work area. Responsibilities: 1\. Assist the butcher in cutting and preparing meats. 2\. Carry out deboning and portioning of various types of meat according to instructions. 3\. Maintain cleaning and disinfection of tools and equipment. 4\. Organize and restock products in the display area. 5\. Serve customers by providing product information and taking orders. 6\. Comply with food safety and hygiene regulations. 7\. Assist in receiving and storing goods, as well as loading and unloading pork and/or beef carcasses. 8\. Conduct periodic inventories of meat products. Requirements: \- Education: Completed secondary school (preferable). \- Experience: Previous experience in a butcher shop or similar role is desirable. \- Knowledge: Basic understanding of butcher tools and hygiene standards. \- Skills: \- Ability to work in a team. \- Good communication skills. \- Attention to detail and manual dexterity.
