They provide expert-level technical support and bridge the gap between engineering and operations. The Technical Leader must ensure equipment operates under optimal conditions, production plan targets are met, and safety and quality standards are upheld. Their objective is to minimize and reduce line stoppages by helping resolve technical issues. The Technical Leader reports directly to the Production Line Technical Supervisor and has no direct team members under their supervision. We seek a Machining Technical Leader, open to learning non-destructive testing processes. **Job Requirements** -------------------- 3 years of work experience in Manufacturing Operations (CNC Machining) Specific Knowledge: Must be a specialist in machining processes Business Knowledge: Familiarity with (5S, TPM, problem-solving tools) **But what else? (advantages, specific features, etc.)** -------------------------------------------------------- Main Responsibilities * Maximize operational efficiency by ensuring optimal use of resources (machines, labor time, materials\-tools) * Identify improvement opportunities and lead initiatives using Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies * Minimize line stoppages by ensuring preventive maintenance is performed timely and effectively, and by supporting equipment restoration * Develop technical knowledge among work teams and train operators in technical competencies * Support technical projects or process changes (Run and rate, run under stress) * Support resolution of technical issues on the production line. Analyze root causes of production problems and implement solutions.
