If you have experience in CNC equipment programming, technical drawing interpretation, and using precision measuring instruments, we offer you a stable work environment with immediate hiring and superior benefits. **Main Responsibilities:** * Adjustment, set-up, and fine-tuning of coiling machines. * Programming and operation of CNC equipment for steel coiling. * Configuration of machinery according to diameters, gauges, and material types. * Process parameter control and supervision of baking cycles (heat treatments). * Dimensional measurement of parts using calipers, micrometers, and other metrology instruments. * Detection of mechanical failures and real-time parameter correction. * Compliance with industrial safety regulations and automotive quality standards. **Essential Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum 2 verifiable years in coiling machine adjustment and CNC processes. * **Knowledge:** Familiarity with various steel gauges, technical drawing interpretation, and advanced use of measuring instruments. * **Education:** Technical degree in Machine Tools, Manufacturing, Electromechanics, or related field (preferred). * **Availability:** Ability to rotate among 3 shifts every 15 days. **Benefits and Compensation:** * **Starting Salary:** Competitive salary.
