Lead, plan, and control production area operations, ensuring compliance with manufacturing schedules on time, quality, and cost, through optimization of human, material, and technological resources in laser cutting, bending, welding, and mechanical assembly processes. **Job Requirements:** * Education: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field. * Experience: Minimum of 5 years in leadership roles within metalworking or manufacturing plants involving laser cutting processes. **Technical Knowledge:** * Metal manufacturing processes (cutting, bending, welding, painting). * Programming and operation of CNC laser cutting machines. * Production planning and control (MRP, ERP). * Lean Manufacturing, 5S, TPM, and continuous improvement. * Management of performance indicators (OEE, production KPIs). * ISO 9001 quality standards. **Skills:** * Leadership and effective communication. * Strategic planning and results orientation. * Problem solving and decision making. * Teamwork and conflict management.
