Estimation Analyst – Construction **Company:** Terracería Santa Fe **Employment Type:** Full-time **Education:** Engineering Job Description At **Terracería Santa Fe**, we are looking for an **Estimation Analyst** with experience in construction projects, responsible for preparing and monitoring construction estimates, as well as providing support in controlling contractor progress and analyzing work volumes. Requirements * Experience in **construction estimating**. * Experience in **supporting and monitoring contractor progress**. * Experience in **vertical and/or horizontal housing projects**. * Knowledge of **construction budgeting**. * Ability to interpret **blueprints**. * Experience in **quantity takeoff** and construction quantification. * Hands-on experience working directly on **construction sites**. * Experience in **negotiating with contractors or suppliers**. * Proficiency in **ERP systems**. Responsibilities * Prepare and review **construction estimates**. * Analyze construction volumes and progress. * Monitor **contractor estimates**. * Review technical documentation and blueprints to validate completed work. * Support **budget and cost control** for construction projects. * Participate in **negotiation and payment control** processes.
