We seek an **Operational Account Manager**, responsible for managing the full lifecycle of each order—from quotation to delivery—guaranteeing speed, quality, and profitability. This role is **not a relationship management position**. It is a profile that orchestrates the supply chain for their customer portfolio: quoting, selecting suppliers, tracking manufacturing, validating quality, and ensuring delivery. **Responsibilities** * Portfolio customer management * Maintain proactive communication with customers * Identify opportunities for new orders within the same portfolio * Participate in business reviews with enterprise customers * Document requirements, preferences, and feedback in CRM **Internal Coordination** * Collaborate with the Quality team on high-technical-risk orders * Escalate issues promptly * Keep CRM updated (status, dates, incidents) * Submit weekly pipeline reports **Quotation** * Analyze RFQs with technical drawings or specifications * Assess basic technical feasibility (materials, tolerances, geometry) * Generate quotations using internal tools * Send formal proposals to customers **Supplier Selection** * Evaluate capacity across the manufacturing network * Select appropriate supplier based on requirements * Negotiate terms and confirm availability * Issue purchase orders **Manufacturing Tracking** * Proactively track key milestones * Detect and escalate deviations in a timely manner * Keep customers informed without requiring follow-up requests **Quality Validation** * Coordinate inspections prior to shipment * Review quality reports and certificates * Approve or reject production * Manage rework or replacement orders * **Goal:** fewer than 5% incidents **Logistics and Delivery** * Coordinate transportation and shipping * Confirm delivery with the customer * Resolve last-mile incidents * Close orders with complete documentation * **Goal:** on-time delivery against committed dates **Requirements** * 2–5 years of experience in operations, manufacturing, industrial procurement, or project management * Experience working with manufacturing suppliers * Basic ability to read technical drawings * General knowledge of manufacturing processes (CNC, injection molding, laser cutting) * Proficiency with CRM or management tools (HubSpot, Notion, Asana, or similar) * Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets * Ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously * Skill in identifying and resolving bottlenecks * Results-oriented mindset with focus on KPI achievement **Desirable** * Experience in the automotive, aerospace, or precision manufacturing industries * Experience in startups, marketplaces, or B2B environments * Working-level English * Network of contacts within the Bajío manufacturing industry **Offer** * Base salary: MXN $18,000–$28,000 gross per month * Quarterly performance bonus: MXN $23,000–$40,000 * Statutory benefits * 20-day Christmas bonus * Company vehicle and travel allowances * Computing equipment * Growth opportunity **Work Schedule** * Monday to Friday * 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * On-site work \- San Juan del Río, Querétaro Employment type: Full-time Salary: MXN $18,000.00 \- $28,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
