Job Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, Logistics, Foreign Trade, or related field. Experience: Minimum 3 years in customs clearance, logistics, or regulatory compliance. Languages: Intermediate English (reading and writing) preferred. Tools: Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in SAP, Excel, and VUCEM. Intermediate-to-advanced Excel Responsibilities: Manage and track the complete customs clearance process (imports and exports) and certification of line equipment. Coordinate domestic transportation of imports to ensure timely delivery of materials to their final destination. Validate and submit customs brokers’ and carriers’ expense reports to the Finance Department in a timely manner. Collect, organize, and validate the electronic foreign trade file in accordance with current legislation. Support matters related to regulations, legal compliance, and internal/external audits. Perform other functions or special projects assigned, related to supply chain, as required by business needs. Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and enhance operational efficiency.
