The role requires close coordination with internal teams, proactive communication with clients, and diligent follow\-up to ensure service excellence and business continuity.**Key responsibilities** * Validate that customer orders entered into the system contain the correct information. * Verify inventory availability and communicate expected availability dates to customers. * Review demand and coordinate any required adjustments with internal teams. * Follow up on order status and notify customers about any changes in delivery or availability. * Coordinate resolution of order blocks or issues by engaging the appropriate internal areas. * Track delivery status with transportation partners to ensure on‑time fulfillment. * Manage customer complaints or claims, coordinating investigation and providing timely responses. * Contribute to business continuity by keeping procedures updated and supporting backup planning. * Maintain clear communication with relevant departments to ensure smooth order processing. **Qualifications and skills** * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields (desired). * 1\-2 year of experience in customer service, order management, supply chain, or similar roles. * Basic knowledge of Order Fulfillment, inventory management, and logistics is a plus. * Intermediate Excel skills; experience with ERP systems is an advantage. * English: Intermediate \- advanced.
