Leading work teams. Identification and location of employees providing services to the hotel. Knowledge and application of Room and Public Area Standards. Knowledge of cleaning supplies and chemicals. Floor and restroom cleaning. Supervision of office cleaning. Supervision of glass and lighting fixture cleaning. Supervision of meeting room cleaning. **SKILLS:** Reading. Writing. Basic arithmetic. Following instructions. Oral expression and clear communication. Friendly demeanor.
