Position Summary: A leading food company is seeking a Payroll Assistant to support payroll processing, personnel administration, and report generation. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration in the ESR Committee and quality system A prominent food industry company has initiated the search for a: **\*\*\*\*\*\*Payroll Assistant\*\*\*\*\*\*** **\*\*\*\*\*\*Requirements\*\*\*\*\*\*:** Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting or Business Administration. Minimum 1 year of experience in pre-payroll preparation, personnel administration, filing knowledge, and report generation. Additional knowledge: Basic understanding of Federal Labor Law (LFT), Income Tax (ISR), and Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS). Software: Office, Outlook, NOI, SUA, CONTPAQ. Employment stability. **\*\*\*\*\*\*Responsibilities\*\*\*\*\*\*:** Support in preparing and/or reviewing pre-payroll. Preparation of check requests. Review and analysis of savings account transactions. Reconciliation of all payments and deposits related to employee payroll. Support in onboarding new employees. Submission of IMSS movements to IDSE. Filing of vacation records in employee files. Support in generating bimonthly variable reports. Receipt of departmental employee attendance lists. Preparation of general employee vacation reports. Support on the TOKA travel allowance platform. Receipt of requests and preparation of savings account checks. Generation of cumulative payroll-derived items. Preparation of information for internal and external audits. Participation and support in the ESR Committee.
