**Main Purpose** Supervise and ensure the proper execution of preventive, corrective, and autonomous maintenance programs for agricultural machinery, guaranteeing its optimal performance and operational availability through monitoring, recording, and control of maintenance activities. **Responsibilities** * Monitor compliance with the preventive maintenance program for agricultural machinery. * Report planned and completed maintenance activities through system reports in "Grupo Maquinaria", ensuring control of pending tasks. * Coordinate and follow up with maintenance teams for service delivery, status review, and information registration. * Request quotations for spare parts and external services, and follow up until completion. * Manage authorization of external work with the Maintenance Supervisor. * Verify accurate recording of services performed and spare parts used in each intervention. * Train machinery users upon their entry on proper use, autonomous maintenance, and procedures for requesting corrective services. * Supervise complete and proper recording of machinery inspections. * Supply required materials and supervise correct execution of autonomous maintenance tasks. * Identify, record, and report incidents related to non-compliance with autonomous, preventive, and corrective maintenance. * Prepare periodic informative reports on maintenance activities carried out. **Deliverables** * Coordination and execution of agricultural maintenance (preventive and corrective) with a minimum compliance rate of 85%. * Recording and 100% compliance with work orders (OT) for inspection and failure diagnosis (predictive). * Daily reporting and weekly summary of completed activities and findings. * Development of action plans with committed deadlines. * Fulfillment of all duties and responsibilities outlined in the Maintenance Assistant job description document.
