Key Responsibilities * Generate shipping labels by entering sender and recipient data into "SCI" (Interactive Command System) to expedite package pickup. * Perform registration and label creation, generating reports known as manifests. This ensures a record of all labels created in "SCI" (Interactive Command System) and supports daily client account closing. * Analyze customer shipment tracking by monitoring shipments within the tracking system, verifying package status and location so customers can know where their shipment is. * Report special cases by communicating with the account executive or account advisor, enabling coordination across relevant departments to deliver optimal customer service. * Report data updates by entering updated sender and recipient information into the Command system to ensure labels are generated with accurate data.
