




**ACTIVITIES** * Provide technical support to employees in case of incidents related to computers, networks, printers, and mobile devices. * Carry out follow-up and preventive maintenance of company equipment. * Manage and maintain the company's network and site infrastructure. * Establish information security policies to protect company data and infrastructure. * Set up user profiles and control access to systems and applications. * Maintain records of the company's technological equipment, including inventories and maintenance logs. * Administer collaboration tools such as Office 365 and Google Workspace to improve employee productivity and efficiency. * Propose innovative ideas and technologies for team development and process optimization. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure system and application integration and compatibility. Provide support to all employees. * Implement information protection policies and procedures. * Foster a positive work environment with all colleagues at all levels. * Suggest improvements to own processes and those related to them. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Previous experience in technical support for information systems, preferably in a corporate environment. * Solid knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems. * Experience in network administration and cybersecurity. * Ability to efficiently and effectively resolve technical issues. * Relevant certifications in information technology will be positively valued. * Proactive attitude and willingness to grow by applying best practices and technologies for team development. **SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm Job type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month Work location: On-site position
