Design and audit of internal controls within FP&A Controlling. **Shift:** Full\-time **Worksite Location:** San Juan del Rio Querétaro (Mexico) **Working Hours per Week:** 48 Purpose of the Position Reporting to the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis based in Sherbrooke, Canada, the incumbent is responsible for supporting the plant management team in decision-making through data-driven analysis, planning, budgeting, and forecasting. * Provide relevant key performance indicators to assist operations management in understanding plant performance; * Maintain a healthy master data structure to ensure accuracy of manufacturing information; * Prepare monthly manufacturing financial statements; * Conduct variance analysis, financial reporting, and sensitivity analysis to enable efficient decision-making; * Collaborate on preparing financial forecasts upon request; * Coordinate and lead the annual budget process in collaboration with the local team to ensure timely completion; * Conduct periodic budget tracking with department heads; * Assist operations management in preparing capital expenditure requests; * Track capital expenditures and other projects (e.g., R\+D, training, grants, etc.); * Support the annual inventory count in coordination with Logistics and Production departments to assess its financial impact. * Reconcile certain balance sheet items, primarily inventory accounts. * Support the Financial Controller during the annual audit process on matters pertaining to the FP\&A Controlling area; * Execute the design and audit of effective internal controls within FP\&A Controlling processes. * Assume any other responsibilities required by the position; listed responsibilities are descriptive, not exhaustive. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field. * 3–5 years of experience in a similar role. * Experience in the manufacturing industry. * ERP system knowledge (Plex preferred). * Advanced proficiency in MS Office. * Strong analytical skills. * Advanced English proficiency
