A professional and challenging work environment VACANCY: ELECTRICAL ENGINEER – SUPERVISION AND ENGINEERING (LV AND MV) Company: VOLTA SOLUCIONES Location: Parque Industrial PyME, Querétaro. **\| Localities \|** Employment Type: Full-time / Field work * **Position Objective** Supervise, review, and validate the proper execution of low- and medium-voltage electrical installations, as well as the development, updating, and implementation of electrical engineering deliverables, with the ability to propose technical solutions when on-site adjustments are required, thereby ensuring quality, safety, regulatory compliance, and adherence to project specifications. * **Responsibilities** · Supervision of low- and medium-voltage electrical work. · Review and validation of electrical engineering documents (drawings, calculation memoranda, and single-line diagrams). · Proposal of technical solutions when updates or adjustments to electrical engineering deliverables are requested. · Updating and coordinating changes to electrical drawings according to approved solutions. · Verification of electrical installations: conduits, wiring, panels, equipment, and protective devices. · Review of feeders, panels, load centers, transformers, and protection systems. · Supervision of electrical testing (continuity, insulation resistance, grounding, and energization). · Coordination of electrical contractors and field personnel. · Monitoring of construction progress against schedule. · Verification of compliance with electrical codes and safety criteria. · Preparation of daily and weekly progress reports. · Support for site surveys, quantity take-offs, and estimations. * **Requirements** · Certified Electrical, Electromechanical, or Electrician Engineer. · Minimum 3–5 years of experience in electrical construction. · Demonstrable experience in low- and medium-voltage electrical installations. · Experience in supervision of electrical construction and electrical engineering deliverables. · Ability to analyze on-site problems and propose viable technical solutions. · Knowledge of protection systems, physical grounding, and conduits. · Personnel and contractor management skills. · Flexible working hours. · Strong sense of responsibility and sound technical judgment. * **Desirable Knowledge** · AutoCAD (reading and updating drawings). · Applicable electrical regulations (NOM). · Preparation and adjustment of electrical calculation memoranda. · Basic-to-intermediate Excel proficiency. · Operation of electrical measurement equipment (multimeter, megger). * **Key Competencies** · Technical leadership on site. · Analytical and problem-solving ability. · Organization and follow-up skills. · Effective communication. · Ability to work under pressure. * **We Offer** · Professional development in low- and medium-voltage electrical projects. * Project-based employment contract · Participation in technically advanced construction projects. · A professional and challenging work environment.
