Combining a deep systems knowledge to develop unique vehicle access experiences, intelligent visions systems and advanced automotive lighting technologies, MML's expertise light the path to innovation, safety and styling. **Job Responsibilities:** ➢It is the process technician's responsibility to carry out the process start-up according to the parameter sheet and monitor these parameters. ➢It is the responsibility of process technicians to correctly complete the injection machine parameter check list and, in case of any deviation from the process, document and immediately notify the engineer. ➢It is the responsibility of the process technician to keep areas clean and free of purgings, which must be placed in yellow bins for subsequent cooling in designated gaylors. ➢It is the responsibility of the process technician to carefully use bronze tongs. ➢It is the responsibility of the process technician to ensure mold protection during shift start-ups, start-ups after weekends or breaks, as well as after shut downs or mold changes, along with robot monitoring, all to completely prevent mold damage. ➢It is the responsibility of the process technician to complete the machine stop and start check list. ➢It is the responsibility of the process technician to complete the ladder check list. ➢It is the responsibility of the assembler technician to ensure that mold changes performed are effective and do not cause delays during start-ups. ➢The mold assembler technician is obligated to report mold failures according to the corresponding procedure (OMX P 0047\). ➢At the end of a production run, the mold assembler technician must deliver the completed mold, along with the last shot, to the tool shop. ➢It is their responsibility, prior to removing the mold, to evaluate defects related to mold conditions together with Quality and the mold shop. ➢The mold assembler technician must inform the area supervisor about consumables/tools required to effectively perform mold changes (screws, washers, etc.), who will then ensure timely availability. ➢The mold assembler technician must know and respect the height and area restrictions when transporting molds to avoid risk to the mold or personnel. ➢Maintain a clean and safe work environment. ➢Support initiatives for continuous improvement. ➢Know, understand, and implement the purpose of safety, quality, and environmental policies. ➢Comply with the 5S policy. ➢Meet production standards. ➢Know and follow emergency procedures. ➢Comply with and ensure compliance with company policies. ➢Participate in applicable audits for the area. ➢Attend trainings/capacitations requested by the company on time.
