The role requires delivering superior guest service, managing multiple priorities simultaneously, and coordinating multiple events—including social, wedding, and corporate functions. **Duties and Responsibilities** * Work with the Sales and Events team to ensure adequate coverage for the Sales Department. Field unsolicited leads. * Manage incoming RFP inboxes. * Coordinate meeting planner stays, venues, and all details surrounding the guest/event experience. * Support the team in achieving annual budgetary goals for occupancy and revenue. * Manage account and local vendor relationships. * Maintain relationships with industry travel contacts throughout guest/event planning as needed. * Sell and service intimate wedding events. * Prepare contracts and rooming lists. * Execute initial deposit requests. * Plan and organize familiarization trips. * Serve as backup sales resource for the sales team. * Ability to plan and execute Site Visits. **Requirements** * Minimum three years of experience in sales/group and events. * Familiarity with Delphi, HMS, Opera, and Google Suite is preferred. * Practical knowledge of reservation, sales, and catering systems. * Knowledge of hospitality industry contracts. * Familiarity with spa/food and beverage operations. * Advanced Spanish and English **Education Level** * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. **Additional Information** Auberge Resorts Collection is a portfolio of extraordinary hotels, resorts, residences, and private clubs.
