Leading civil protection company is seeking: **Branch Manager** **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering or related field. * Valid Class A driver's license. * Ability to drive standard vehicles. * Willingness to travel. * Flexible availability. **Experience:** * Minimum of 3 years as a branch supervisor, team leader, or branch manager. * Plan, review, and execute daily operational processes. * Develop, assign, and monitor local and long-distance routes until completion, with operator support. * Manage fleet of utility trucks. * Prepare vehicle checklists with operators. * Daily supervision and activity logs. * Develop metrics to evaluate route design and cost reduction. * Map supplies versus routes. * Supervise and manage personnel under responsibility. * Material resources management. **Responsibilities:** * Open and close offices. * Assign routes, material sheets, forms, and instructions for each service. * Organize and monitor local and long-distance routes.
