At Caja Bienestar, we are looking for a committed, dynamic Home Collection Manager eager to grow within a solid company with strong values. ***REQUIREMENTS: \- High school diploma / Commercial degree. \- MANDATORY: Ability to drive STANDARD CAR and MOTORCYCLE (Must hold both valid licenses). \- Availability to travel and work in the field. ***EXPERIENCE of 1 year in: \- Customer service \- Knowledge of collections and account management. \- Negotiation techniques ***FUNCTIONS: \- Schedule your collection notices to create an efficient and effective work route. \- Locate clients who cannot be found by investigating with references, beneficiaries, and/or neighbors to determine their whereabouts, identify their new address, and secure a payment commitment. \- Record all field activities performed on the assigned mobile device and in the system. ***WE OFFER: \- Salary $10,900°° \+ COMMISSIONS \- Statutory benefits (IMSS, Christmas bonus, vacations) \- Grocery vouchers \- Life insurance \- Savings fund \- Savings box Work schedule: Monday to Friday 10:00 to 19:00 and Saturday 10:00 to 14:00 hrs.
