Job Summary: Siemens Energy is seeking a professional with SAP experience to join the Procurement and Logistics team, supporting inventory management and material delivery to production within a multidisciplinary environment. Multidisciplinary team collaboration using SAP **What Your Day Will Look Like** * Responsibilities include receiving invoices and entering them into SAP. * Your primary customer is production. You must coordinate daily activities with the warehouse supervisor. You may also receive small materials and verify invoices against deliveries. * Deliver small materials and facilitate easy transfer to end users. * Keep your work area clean. * Perform some administrative tasks. * Support material counting to ensure accurate inventory management. **Your Responsibilities** * Invoice receipt and data entry. * Receive supplier invoices and verify quantities and descriptions. * Maintain a clean workplace. * Support material counting for inventory purposes. * Deliver small materials to production. * Complete and deliver required documentation for material delivery and receipt. * Perform administrative tasks. **Requirements for the Position** * SAP proficiency * Minimum 2 years of experience * High school diploma or equivalent * Interest in working within multidisciplinary teams * Morning shift work arrangement **About the Team** The selected candidate will work alongside the Procurement and Logistics team as part of the Supply Chain department.
