




Job Summary: Responsible for coordinating, controlling, and monitoring the vehicle fleet, equipment, tools, and inventories, ensuring proper operation and personnel safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and follow-up of vehicle and equipment maintenance. 2. Fleet, seal, tire, and tool inventory control. 3. Vehicle documentation management and personnel safety. . Safeguard and ensure correct application of driver test forms. . Request, inventory, control, and track proper use of seals (green, blue, and bottle) and their corresponding logbooks. . Coordinate and follow up with the maintenance department on preventive and corrective servicing of units, both at external workshops and internally at LEMA, until units are back in circulation. . Control and manage delivery and dispatch of rented semi-trailers from internal LEMA yard to external client yard. . Request, control, and track that the entire fleet is equipped with necessary safety gear and tools for operation. . Prepare executive driver’s itinerary and route, and monitor compliance with assigned activities in coordination with other internal LEMA departments. . Request, control, and track that all related personnel are equipped with necessary safety gear and tools to safeguard their integrity. . Request, control, and safeguard fleet key inventory (2 sets), including their assignment. . Complete, deliver, and safeguard fleet assignment receipts along with the unit checklist (Asset Security), previously authorized by Operations. . Request and coordinate with the purchasing department the installation and maintenance of fleet signage. . Request, control, and track preventive and corrective maintenance of semi-trailers at external workshops as well as internally at LEMA. . Request, control, and track preventive and corrective maintenance of utility and passenger vehicles at external workshops as well as internally at LEMA. . Guide and monitor insurance claims jointly with insurers, Assets & Values department, and Asset Security Monitoring. . Request, inventory, safeguard, and audit tool (straps, bars, etc.), machinery (Karcher, compressor, etc.), material (paint, thinner, etc.), and consumable (soap, brooms, etc.) entries and exits. . Coordinate and schedule washing of fleet vehicles entering the yard. . Request tires by size, control and audit tire inventory, generate descriptive reports on tire usage until disposal (burst, puncture, or wear), and supervise proper tire burning. . Coordinate with Assets & Values department on vehicle registration and deregistration, and digital file updates. . Request, deliver, verify, and ensure that the entire fleet possesses required documentation for operation (inspections, tenancy tax, circulation card, insurance policy, bond, customs release, windshield sticker, etc.), always maintaining backup documentation enabling prompt fleet integration. . Request and track installation of Mobil Fleet and Ultragas TAGs. . Coordinate, together with subordinates, workplace order, cleanliness, and maintenance. . Track receipt of METR forms (Waste Receipt Manifest) and safeguard them. Coordinate with Asset Security department the receipt of vehicles for decommissioning or operator change. . Report weekly incidents involving supervised personnel (Thursday to Wednesday) via email to Operations Manager for approval. Request, control, and track installation of PASE TAGs and notify involved departments via email of assignments.
