Manages monitoring, geolocation, and delivery confirmation **Description** This position is responsible for organizing, planning, and implementing the department’s strategy, ensuring the functionality of the transportation team as well as monitoring, geolocation, and delivery confirmation for assigned routes. **Requirements:** * 2–3 years of experience * Fleet management experience * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * Experience handling operational incidents **Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement strategies to improve route efficiency and effectiveness * Tracking and monitoring * Supervise the driver fleet * Route incident reports to respective departments * Manage additional routes requested by clients * Provide customer service support **Competencies** * Service-oriented attitude * Problem management and resolution * Effective communication * Teamwork Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $14,000.00 – $16,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company-provided mobile phone * Free uniforms Application Question(s): * Have you worked for a personnel transportation company?
