Security incident tracking **TRAFFIC ASSISTANT** * Location: El Pueblito, Corregidora, Querétaro * Work Mode: Hybrid * Department: Operations **JOB OBJECTIVE** Monitor routes and schedules, promptly report incidents, and support traffic coordination to ensure service continuity and quality. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * **Real-time monitoring:** * Supervise operating vehicles, maintain constant communication with drivers, and handle incidents (delays, traffic congestion, vehicle malfunctions). * **Route scheduling:** Develop service schedules according to client requirements, optimizing resources and time. * **Driver assignment:** Strategically assign operators to improve performance and customer experience. Address and track security incidents during operations. **REQUIREMENTS** * **Safe vehicle operation:** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration with specialization in Logistics, Logistics Network Design and Management, or a related field. **Experience:** * 1–2 years as a monitor, dispatcher, or traffic controller * Experience in transportation companies (preferred) **Knowledge:** * Vehicle unit monitoring * Basic knowledge of “My Maps” * GPS usage * Email communication **Technical Skills:** * Excel * Shared Drive management * Data analysis **COMPETENCIES** **Human Competencies (HC):** * Organization * Responsibility * Respect * Customer orientation * Emotional intelligence **ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS** * Preferably reside in El Pueblito or nearby areas. * Flexible availability (operations may require schedule adjustments). * Availability for in-person work twice per week. * Must issue professional service invoices. **WE OFFER** * Monthly bonuses Salary: $9,500.00 – $12,000.00 per month Workplace: Hybrid remote work in Pueblo Nuevo, Qro.
