The company operates 188 production locations in 31 countries. **What you can expect as Quality Manager:** * Perform planning and directing of department resources, as well as integration of these resources to ensure that manufactured products meet design specifications. * Establish statistical methods to prevent failures and collaborate in achieving established productivity goals. Keep the company's quality system functioning up to date by applying continuous improvement and total quality concepts. * Record savings generated by conducting, leading and advising problem-solving projects. * Proven evidence of resolving complex quality issues using statistical problem-solving tools. * Evidence of DOE application to solve quality problems. * Risk assessment process applied to suspect product distributed throughout the supply chain. **Your profile as Quality Manager:** * Experience in Automotive industry with OEM customer interaction, more than 8 years of experience in similar position. * Demonstrable experience in steering systems with EPS technology, Machining and Assembly production processes. * Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, MSA, FMEA, SPC, Control Plan) and capable of teaching AIAG 4th edition MSA module and AIAG process capability module. * Proven experience in planning and conducting RPFMEA, MQ1 and MQ2 validations, Quick Response (QR/QC) processes. * Problem Solving Methodology 8Ds / REDX (minimum rank officer level) / Six Sigma (preferably Black Belt level). * Knowledge of Customer Portals (GM, Ford, Stellantis, Tesla). QEBSC/FCA, WIS/FCA, Best Standard / FCA, Formel Q, Product Safety PPAC, BIQ. * Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001, Internal Auditor, Lean Manufacturing * Leadership, oral and written communication, negotiation and self-management skills, teamwork and excellent interpersonal/ personnel management skills.
