Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Intern focused on metrology to perform inspections, detect production issues, record documentation, and support the use of measurement equipment. Key Points: 1. Experience in inspection and problem detection in automotive production. 2. Operation of measurement equipment and support in MSA analysis. 3. Recording and management of serial quality documentation. A German automotive company is seeking Quality Interns specialized in metrology. **Responsibilities:** Execute inspection plans: Pfrei, Zpruf, Lstuck. Detect product- and process-related issues in mass production. Perform continuous inspection of critical and significant product characteristics during mass production. Record quality-related documentation generated during production. Record and store documented information (e.g., final product audit, Q charts, etc.). Use measurement equipment correctly. Support execution of Type 2 MSA for measurement equipment. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Saturday, rotating across three shifts. **Offer:** Internship agreement for 6 to 8 months. Free cafeteria. Free transportation. Financial support of $8,600.00 per month, paid biweekly. Position type: Full-time, Trainee. Salary: $8,600.00 per month. Work location: On-site employment.
