We operate terminals and offices at the most important logistics hubs across the Mexican Republic. **We are currently seeking a GPS Monitor!!** **1. General Requirements:** · **Age:** 20 to 45 years old · **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in unit monitoring, logistics, security, or traffic control. **Education:** Technical degree in Logistics, Security, or Information Technology. **2. Job Responsibilities:** · Monitor in real time the location and status of units using satellite tracking platforms (e.g., AutoTrac, GPSafe). · Monitor operator routes to verify compliance with assigned routes or detect possible deviations. · Record relevant events (unauthorized stops, delays, deviations, mechanical failures, etc.) in the corresponding system or logbook. · Follow up on alerts generated by the system (speeding, door opening in unauthorized locations, signal loss, etc.). · Report incidents to the respective departments (traffic, maintenance, human resources). · Maintain constant communication with operators to confirm their location, trip status, and safety conditions. · Respond to operator calls and messages, providing support and channeling information as required, including assistance coordinating loading and unloading, etc. · Ensure compliance with security protocols, such as inspection checkpoints, authorized stops, and established schedules. · Prepare daily or shift-based reports on unit status and recorded incidents. · Support in emergency situations (accidents, thefts, mechanical failures), coordinating with the relevant department and notifying responsible parties. · Verify correct trip scheduling and identify inconsistencies in route or unit assignments. · Track service order closures, confirming units have returned correctly and received proper attention. · Maintain communication with traffic personnel for coordination of route changes or rescheduling. · Ensure operators check in at each designated stop; escalate according to protocol if they fail to do so.
