**Position Objective:** Ensure the availability and stock of materials and equipment to be sent to the customer through cyclic inventories and established controls that help determine the number of orders required and manage the purchasing process. **Functions:** ▪ Review existing or open folios assigned by the Supervisor/Coordinator or dispatcher to identify which equipment will be delivered to the maintenance department. ▪ Receive and organize products or consumables acquired by the company for storage in the warehouse. ▪ Prepare materials listed in dispatch vouchers for consumables or assets (digital, pressure regulators, manifolds, etc.), spare parts (calibration kits, case latches, diesel filters, etc.), or PPE to carry out the delivery-receipt process. ▪ Collect the signature of the Anomalies Officer as supporting documentation to release consumables or assets and transport them to the customer's facilities. ▪ Receive signed and authorized vouchers from technicians to follow up on the unloading of spare parts and ensure they are stored properly in the asset warehouse. ▪ Assist dispatchers in preparing shipments based on checklist requirements (indicating destination, equipment with serial number, and authorization signatures) to ensure that requested items are shipped correctly. ▪ Verify the current condition of equipment in coordination with dispatchers upon receipt; ensuring it is the correct equipment and subsequently registering it in the system as available equipment. ▪ Prepare materials listed in the transfer form for equipment, material, or consumables to the requested platform; completing delivery with shipping evidence by applying seals confirming compliance and verification of the transfer. ▪ Conduct and deliver inventory reports to validate alignment between system records and physical stock, ensuring proper control. ▪ Prepare materials from equipment or device forms to be delivered to the maintenance department for evaluation, aiding in classifying them as available equipment, requiring maintenance or repair, or being decommissioned. ▪ Assist in periodic and semi-annual physical inventories within the warehouse to ensure asset control. ▪ Perform cyclic well inventories, verifying system inventory against physical items at their location. ▪ Ensure the Integrated Management System achieves expected results. ▪ Comply with and enforce all requirements of the Integrated Management System (standards, policies, procedures, manuals, operational controls, code of ethics and conduct, and any other mechanisms). ▪ Report any accidents or incidents and collaborate in investigations when required. ▪ Participate in any other activities promoted by the company or required that align with the responsibilities of the position or department.
