Establish communication channels with members to inform them about the benefits of timely payments. 3\. Prepare daily activity reports and portfolio follow-up to develop timely collection strategies. 4\. Demonstrate knowledge and experience in member service and support, management of payment agreements, and negotiation ability. **Education and Knowledge** * Completed high school education * Minimum experience in a similar position. · Valid Class A driver's license (standard vehicle operation) · Goal-oriented work **Skills** · Excellent attitude · Commitment · Teamwork · Continuous learning · Digital skills Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $9,451.20 per month Education: * Completed high school (Preferred) Work Location: On the road
