At Equipar, we are looking for a **Technical Sales Representative** to join our team in Querétaro. Your mission will be to strengthen service and relationships with our current customers, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities to grow the assigned portfolio through our commercial line. Main responsibilities: * **Manage and nurture the assigned customer portfolio**, ensuring long-term retention and loyalty. * **Identify and develop new business opportunities** within existing accounts (cross-selling, *upselling*). * **Provide technical advice and support** to customers regarding Equipar's products and solutions. * **Maintain and strengthen solid business relationships**, with a focus on total customer satisfaction. * **Prepare sales reports** and present results to management to evaluate and adjust sales strategies. * **Promptly follow up each stage of the sales and post-sales process** to ensure a successful customer experience. Requirements: * **Own vehicle** (mandatory). * **Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial sales**, preferably in the chemical, pharmaceutical, or raw materials industries. * **Bachelor’s degree** in fields such as Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Biotechnology, or related areas. * **Proven experience in managing, retaining, and growing customer portfolios** in industrial zones. * Knowledge of various industrial zones and willingness to travel. * Effective communication, negotiation, **relationship-building skills**, results orientation, active listening, and organizational abilities.
