Continuous development and learning Position: Well Operator (Maintenance Assistant) Location: El Marquez, Queretaro (Parque la Gloria) At CASAS ARA, we are looking for a Well Operator to join our team in the Queretaro developments, El Márquez (Parque la Gloria). This role is critical to the precise execution of maintenance and pump operations across our developments. Responsibilities Electromechanical operation of pumping systems in stormwater pumping station infrastructure via diesel emergency power plants. Monitoring and operation of pumping systems in water well infrastructure and synchronization with the mega water tank. General cleaning of areas where infrastructure is located. Requirements Experience operating pumping systems. Secondary school or high school education. Service-oriented attitude, responsibility, and teamwork skills.
