Proactive attitude and sense of urgency EXPERIENCED LATHE OPERATOR We seek a responsible, committed individual with experience in manufacturing and refurbishing parts for heavy machinery. Main Responsibilities Manufacturing and refurbishment of mechanical parts. Machining of shafts, bushings, bolts, housings, and components. Operation of conventional lathes. Interpretation of engineering drawings and measurements. Use of measuring instruments (vernier caliper, micrometer, calibrator). Grinding and fitting of parts. Support in heavy machinery repair work. Meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards for assigned tasks. Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience as a lathe operator. Experience in heavy machinery or industrial sector. Knowledge of tolerances and fits. Proficiency in using measuring tools. Willingness to work under performance objectives. Proactive attitude and sense of urgency. Responsible and punctual. Desirable: * Experience in hydraulic component or heavy machinery refurbishment. * Basic welding knowledge. * Interpretation of mechanical drawings.
