Proactivity and sense of urgency Position: Purchasing Assistant / Analyst Construction Services Company Job Description A company specializing in construction services and construction supervision seeks personnel for its Purchasing Department, responsible for managing the procurement of materials, tools, equipment, and services required for the proper execution of projects. Main Responsibilities - Quotation and purchase of materials for construction sites and offices. - Supplier research and negotiation. - Purchase order and delivery follow-up. - Cost control and comparison. - Preparation of comparative charts. - Coordination with warehouse staff, site managers, and construction supervisors. - Invoice and supplier payment follow-up. - Inventory and requisition control. - Development and updating of the supplier database. Requirements - Education: Bachelor’s degree or technical degree in Administration, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field. - Minimum 1–2 years of purchasing experience, preferably in construction. - Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite. - Basic knowledge of construction materials and processes. - Negotiation and organizational skills. - Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team. - Proactivity and sense of urgency.
