Job Summary: This position involves following established protocols, preparing daily task reports, following up on guest requests, and performing electrical, plumbing, painting, and general maintenance repairs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Performs various repairs (electrical, plumbing, painting) 2. Follows up on guest requests and prepares daily reports 3. Equipment maintenance (locks, remote controls, air conditioning) When entering a guest room, the established protocol for this purpose must be followed. Prepares a daily report of assigned tasks and completed work, specifying start and end times, as well as the status of each task. Follows up on guest requests and/or reports related to guest rooms and informs the front desk upon completion. Performs electrical repairs. Performs plumbing repairs. Performs touch-up painting. Replaces batteries in locks, remote controls, or other equipment requiring it. . Cleans air conditioning systems, etc. Position Type: Full-time Salary: $10,800.00 - $15,240.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
