That’s why we invite you to explore this new development opportunity: **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education with certificate * Employment stability * Availability for shift work * Valid RFC and Social Security Number **Responsibilities:** * Assemble and palletize mixed-product pallets according to the label for each route. * Replace damaged or missing products. * Assemble and deliver requested consumer orders. * Classify products and/or containers by presentation. * Perform pallet transfers of product and container boxes as required for activities (e.g., freight loading or route unloading). * Handle inventory loss (shrinkage) reporting. * Comply with the master cleaning plan. * Ensure proper use of provided personal protective equipment (PPE). **We Offer:** * Fixed salary * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Savings fund: 13% * Grocery vouchers: 3% * Monthly bonus: 25% * Direct employment with the company * Professional growth opportunities If you meet the job requirements and your goal is to learn, grow, and build a fulfilling career full of challenges, we invite you to submit your application.
