Assure a correct follow up of the root causes tooling's during the investigations (8Ds, RPOs, QRAP). Prepare and present non\-quality investigations to the network and customers. Participate in SMS meetings and present to all network sites. Participate in personnel evaluations. Maintain direct contact with other network sites to prevent potential quality issues. Monitoring and presentation of indicators related to 8Ds, RPOs and QRAP.
