The PPM is responsible for the continuous improvement of the structural Industrial performance (delivery, quality) for the Work package. In a Developing phase, the PPM supports the work package development, on\-time \& on\-quality delivery (Until S7\) and manages the Industrial budget for the Work package. In a Sustaining phase, the PPM is to become accountable for costs for the Production scope of work for its Programs.
