We are looking for a **bilingual Materials Planner** for an **American manufacturing company** specializing in packaging, responsible for supplying production lines and performing **end-to-end materials planning**. The candidate must have **a minimum of 4 years of experience** in similar roles within manufacturing companies. **Profile:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field. * **Advanced spoken English (mandatory)** **Experience:** * Minimum 3 years of experience in materials planning. * Creation and management of purchase orders. * Coordination with production, procurement, warehouse, sales, and other departments. * Inventory control in ERP systems. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure MRP reliability for timely material supply and inventory control. * Maintain optimal product levels with customers; ensure compliance with Procurement guidelines regarding pricing, MOQs, and supplier inventory policies. * Generate and issue purchase orders to suppliers. * Monitor purchase orders in the system and adhere to defined workflows for proper execution. **We Offer:** * Monthly salary of $32,000 to $35,000. * Enhanced benefits package. * Major medical expense insurance. * Savings fund. * Food vouchers. * 32 days of year-end bonus. **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (2 remote workdays starting from the 2nd month) **Location:** * Parque Industrial Bernardo Quintana, El Marqués, Qro.
